Virginia doom/heavy metal quartet VALKYRIE is set to kick off a week-long run of headlining US dates tonight in Columbus, OH! The band will be crushing cities across the Midwest and East Coast over the course of the next week, and will also be appearing at Psycho Las Vegas this August along many other Relapse labelmates. VALKYRIE released its Relapse debut LP Shadows last year to widespread critical acclaims from press outlets ranging from PopMatters and Stereogum to Invisible Oranges and MetalSucks. Shadows is available for streaming and download in full via Bandcamp at this location.
